Our approach goes beyond typical planning: we immerse ourselves in your story, carefully translating your personality and lifestyle into an unforgettable celebration. With over a decade of experience, we've developed a knack for tackling logistically challenging venues and love working with private properties, tented spaces, and blank-slate locations. 

When you work with us, you can expect a comprehensive, stress-free service from start to finish. We manage everything from conceptual design to setup and teardown, so you and your family can relax and fully enjoy the day without lifting a finger. Our Complete Planning and Design service includes it all—not just personal décor set up but every element, down to the tables, chairs, and place settings. With our extensive network of trusted vendors and a deep respect for your vision, we bring transparency, dedication, and a focus on the guest experience to each event.

Yes! We offer a range of table top rental items to our full-service planning and design clients as well as clients who have added tear down services. Our collection is also available to industry professionals such as planners, decorators and florists.

We do not offer rentals as a stand alone service and you must be a planning client. Please reach out for our collection.


Absolutely! Although we are based in Perth County, we work all over Southwestern, Ontario including Stratford, Bayfield, Kitchener - Waterloo, London, and beyond.

We love traveling and would be happy to plan your destination wedding. Spain? It's one of our favourite places!

We pride ourselves on offering a custom service to all of our clients. We are certified by the Weddings Planners Institute of Canada and follow a strict code of ethics which means we hold ourselves to the highest standards for wedding and event planning. We provide fair pricing with a quality service. Our client's typically spend between $6000 and $10,000 based on their wedding planning needs, location, guest count and venue. 

We offer flexible payment options that suit your needs. We require a 25% initial payment to secure your date and from there offer monthly payments. The final payment is due one week prior to your wedding date.

We are certified by the Weddings Planners Institute of Canada and follow a strict code of ethics which means we hold ourselves to the highest standards for wedding and event planning. We provide fair pricing with a quality service.

Our services are priced based on our experience and your specific wedding planning needs, location, guest count, and venue. 

We require a 25% initial payment to secure your date and split the remaining balance into three equal payments. The final payment is due one week prior to your wedding date.

How is your pricing determined?

For full planning & design, the more time the better so we would suggest you set up a discovery call as soon as possible, if we are a good fit we can start planning right away.

Typically, for full-service planning & design, we get booked 18 months in advance. If you are looking for help with custom planning support you can usually book with us six to nine months in advance of your wedding. Sooner is always better especially in the Summer as weekends do tend to book fast.

We are now booking for 2025 and 2026 weddings!

For Complete Planning & Design, the more time the better so we would suggest you set up a discovery session as soon as possible. Typically, for Complete Planning & Design, we get booked 12-18 months in advance.

If you are looking for help with Design or Partial Planning support you can usually book with us six to nine months in advance of your wedding.
