Terms and Conditions for Bonafide Events Studio

Welcome to the Bonafide Events Studio website ("bonafideeventsstudio.com"). By accessing or using our Website, services, and content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Bonafide Events Studio specializes in wedding planning and corporate event services. These services include, but are not limited to, event design, coordination, vendor management, and day-of coordination. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement, which will detail the scope of work, pricing, and deliverables.

3. Service Agreements
When you engage Bonafide Events Studio for event planning services, you will be required to sign a service agreement that outlines the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The service agreement becomes binding once both parties have signed, and it may include additional terms specific to your event.

Client Responsibilities:

Timely provision of necessary information and approvals
Cooperation in meeting deadlines and responding to requests
Prompt payment of agreed fees
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect the quality or timeliness of the services provided.

4. Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A booking for services is confirmed when the service agreement is signed, and the deposit has been received. The deposit is typically 25-50% of the total service fee, as detailed in the service agreement.

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement and may include milestone payments. Full payment must be made prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels the service agreement after services have commenced, the client may be responsible for additional fees based on the work completed up to that point. Cancellations must be made in writing.

5. Pricing and Additional Fees
The pricing for our services is based on the scope of work as outlined in your service agreement. Should there be any changes to the event that increase the complexity or require additional time, resources, or personnel, Bonafide Events Studio reserves the right to charge additional fees. These will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

6. Event Changes and Postponement
Client-Initiated Changes: If the client requests changes to the event’s date, scope, or any other significant aspect after the service agreement has been signed, Bonafide Events Studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate those changes. However, additional fees may apply for significant changes.

Postponement: If the event is postponed, Bonafide Events Studio will make efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. If rescheduling results in additional costs, these will be communicated to the client. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellation by Bonafide Events Studio: In rare cases, Bonafide Events Studio reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or force majeure events). In such cases, we will attempt to provide alternative solutions, such as recommending another event planner, and will refund any payments made for services not yet rendered.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
No Warranty: Bonafide Events Studio provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, about the accuracy or reliability of the content on the Website or the availability of our services.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Bonafide Events Studio or its employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or Website. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, event cancellations, or disruptions.

Event Disruptions: While Bonafide Events Studio strives to ensure a smooth and successful event, we are not liable for disruptions or issues caused by third-party vendors, venue management, or other external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits, insurance, or licenses for their event. Bonafide Events Studio is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise due to the client’s failure to obtain the required documentation.

8. Intellectual Property
Website Content: All content on the Bonafide Events Studio Website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Bonafide Events Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

Client Materials: Any intellectual property, including photos, designs, and materials provided by the client for use in their event, remains the property of the client. The client grants Bonafide Events Studio the right to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing event planning services.

Photography and Media: Bonafide Events Studio reserves the right to use photos and media from your event for promotional purposes, such as on our Website or social media, unless you specifically request in writing that we do not use any media from your event.

9. Privacy

10. Third-Party Vendors
